No problem Ron, I should have the info you need tomorrow or Saturday. Something doesn't seem right on your speed... I got 47 completely stock, and still using the stock carb 54. Or maybe runway just isn't long enough? You can still use the same spark plug just sand off the electrode if you want to read the mixture. More then likely its probably running lean.

Supersoxy, sorry I don't have the camera today. It looks like in your pics that the pipe is shinny, mine is not. Yes, the pipe comes very close to the rear spring on the shock. But the end caps on yours does look like mine.

Steeda what performance pack are you talking about? Where did you get it?

. The performance pack I'm talking about is a exhaust designed specifically for tj powersports for the cf moto hammerhead 250SS. They advertise it as a 50 percent power gain over stock I don't have a dyno to give you exact numbers but in straight line acceleration the numbers seem realistic when times are compared. I will have the kits on my web site next week when shipment comes in. At which time I will more then likely sponsor this forum. And then could mention price. It would be very difficult to design a higher flowing muffler its not restricted at all. Very efficient design. Sure you could design a quieter one but designing a higher flowing one while maintaining velocity and scavenging would be hard. Hope all that makes sence... I'm texting from my phone. It comes with an intake snorkel and filter jets header pipe and muffler.

Quick update. I went to a 135 main jet and the plug looks durn near perfect. The flat spot in acceleration evened out quite a bit. No change in top speed on my run, but it seems to get there quicker. I think it's about as dialed in as it ever was. Runs great. Exhaust sounds really good. Definately louder, but whaddy gonna do?

Me and the boy are hitting the timber today, we'll see how it performs on the trails.

I have three bigger jets and I'm tempted to give them a trial, just outa curiosity.

Yeah, that's a small main jet. I think I was running a 130 main jet after going with a UNI and gutted exhaust.

As an FYI, the 32mm pumper carb has a different pilot jet than the stocker. I bought the 40 mm pilot jet thinking I could stick it in the pumper and no go - it's different.

Well I'm going to throw a kit on my buggy this week I can hardly wait lol its going to rip!! Eta on the cf moto specific parts is sometime in the next 3 weeks.. Pretty vague but that's the best estimate I was given. The part I'm working on should be available sooner. Will try and get another video made in the next 2 weeks I don't know if that's realistic but I'm going to try.

How do you like the mud lites? I just bought a pair I hope they don't throw the speedo out too bad being a larger tire. Being a larger tire they will reduce bottom end some what but increase top end.. Did you notice any change?
