I live in NW indiana (chicago) if climate maters.
I will be running the stock Yerf-dog muffler from

You will need a main jet that is somewhere between 120 and 125 if you use a stock exhaust. If you search the forum on how to read the color of your spark plug for fuel conditions, you can fine tune which jet will work best with your engine. _________________ 08 Joyner SandViper 250

most stock 150's have a 104 - 114 main. I agree with pghruby, 120-125 should be close with stock exhaust. _________________ Steele's Powersports

why doesn't someone see what size drillbit fits each size jet??? i know a bunch of you guys have several different size jets you already bought. sure they dont cost much but i dont live near a dealer and it would be much easier for me to just drill out my stock jet.
They have a jet chart for drilling but its pretty limited for drill bits where buying the jets you can have about 5 sizes in between drill bit sizes.... _________________ Darren,

You may get lucky and have the drill size be the jet size you need. But to really dial in the tune I doubt it. But atleast with a drilled one it can put you in the ballpark to know what jet you need. _________________ Darren,
