Its been a while since I posted, but me and my son are getting back into the buggy. I was going over my buggy the other day and noticed that at some point through the normal flexing or pivoting action of the "engine" area during rough riding, the top of the battery and cover had come in contact with the exhaust header which resulted in it melting. It was not on the corner where the terminal is (thank God). The battery seems a little weak, as it is a couple of years old, I think I should replace it. I think the last battery I purchased from Wal-mart was to tall. I did have to extend the straps that hold it in place slightly, but I thought this was my only option. Can anyone provide me a partnumber and location to purchase the correct battery? _________________ Sahara 150 2 seater
