Badlands gathering #2

Sorry all, I posted on the other badlands thread a meeting time, snack shack sounds great at 10, but I think the park opens at 10, so we might want to make it 11am. Just a thought.

I've been going there for 12 yrs and they always open at
9:00 am, unless it's changed with the new owners.

Your right, not sure what I was thinking, they open at 9am. Brain fart I guess.

10am at the lake or snack shack is ok by me.

Add 2 more people to the list. Me and my nephew will be down from north central indiana as long as it's not pouring rain.

We'll be there around 10 or so. Wish me luck... I'm trusting mapquest to get us there. haha

Well, I would have to say the Badlands trip was a success. It was my first time there and I had a blast.

I met a few other buggy enthusiasts, including Funnyman. Everyone was real cool. I'll definitely be back!

Also, my buggy ran flawlessly. I was shocked not to have something break. haha

I did have one mishap, though. I drove thru what I thought was just your normal mud puddle and it ended up being about a 3 feet deep whole. Luckily my engine didn't get submerged and with the help of a couple other people I was able to pull it out. My nephew took a pic of it. I'll post it when I get it.
