Hurricane 250 (Roketa gk-06) 250 cn Had buggy for about 3 weeks and something is always wrong. Went from too lean to way too rich and now a little lean again. Think float was stuck but no overflow issues. Still dont know why fuel filter is running dry but want to figure out cvt cover and air hoses then will go back to fuel prob. Thanks for help.

Alright the rearpully is about 1/8in from casing, there are abou 3 1/2 threads showing on the clutch bolt, and 7/16 between pully and clutch. I have taken it off 3 times with the same results. Picture below.

Aslo have quick question about hose coming off top of T going to catch can with two hoses that go no where.(California emissions?) Can I cap this or rerout it somewhere else to get rid of extra crap? Picture below.

i noticed in your pictures of the cvt cover the bottom part of cvt cover gasket is not showing,if it is not on there could be putting cover in a bind, when snugging down cover cocking it a little then causing clutch bell to rub.a friend of mine has a 250 with that type of cvt gasket and to me they are a pain in the a$$.
also when you change main spring did you get the big clutch nut tight pulling the clutch down far as it will go.maybe if it is not tight enough the clutch is not letting the clutch bell go back far enough on splines, loosing clearance.
just some of my thoughts.

Forgot to mention that bell is not rubbing just the pulley.(side closest to clutch. Clutch bell has no scratches on it but pully is marked up slightly.

The gasket is fully intact nuts are secure the best that I can tell. Might just shim about 1/8 in on back side of cover. Dont know why it fit before and not now. I just changed main spring and clutch springs. Shouldnt be any different than stock.(size wise)

Eliminate all that emissions crap. It creates more places for vacuum leak problems. All you need is:

1. a direct fuel line from the petcock to the carb

2. a direct vacuum line from the petcock (diaphragm barb) to the vacuum barb on the intake manifold.
