I am going thru some service bullitens & thought you might check your units.
GTR DIFFERENTIALS
Some of the differentials you have received may or may not have grease already in them.
Be sure to pump each differential full of grease until you see grease coming out of it.
You can do this with the differential in or out of the unit.
We recommend you using a high temperature grease.
Not only that, but the grease that they use initially is not real good grease. Regrease everything with a good grease.
I will post more as I find them & hopefully not covering things others have already covered. _________________ Carter Kart Dealer, Track Owner/Operator,

Yeah I saw that bulletin. I went ahead and filled up all my fittings with Green Grease. I hope that is good enough. It is pretty tough stuff.

Found a hole in the weld near one of the zerk fittings so I have to seal that up too. The green colored grease helped me see it. _________________ Carter GTR 250

What do you mean exactly when you refer to the differential. Because I don't have one on my GTR. At least when I think of differential, I'm thinking limited slip. _________________ Interceptor GTR 250
