mine was doing the same and i got a new radiator from west coast with cooling fan and wired it to stay on when the key is on it runs 20deg cooler

I don't know if this thread is still being watched or not but I found on my new BMS 1100 that it would boil over and fill the catch tank every time I drove it and would spew all over out the top. I took the stock rad cap off (pressure 0.9 bar) and replaced it with one from a Honda CBR600RR (1.1 bar). This keeps the water in the radiator from boiling in the operating range 170-220f and allows the cooling system to do it's job properly.

Problem solved. (except for a few drops that come out of the bleed hole in the res. from bumps and sloshing)
