I am in the process of getting a 150 and a 250 legal. I have street tires coming and then will have the county come out and inspect it. after that go to the tag office with insurance.

the carter mso have dune buggy on them so that will help. when I have it done( hopefully next week ) I will post the process.

I went to the tag office this morning. They told me that Geogia does not register ATVs, and since my title says atv, I can not register. They gave me the phone number to the state department which I called. Georgia does not register mopeds which are scooters less than 49cc, but you can ride them on the road, so I asked since I can't register my ATV can I still drive it on the road and she said aslong as I don't get on the Highways I'm fine.

This is great news, not that I want to be cruising on the roads, but I have a cabin in the mountains and now I can trailer it up there and ride the forest roads in the national forests. I probably will drive it around to the store or to friends houses too.

I got insurance for 1 year through State Farm for $112 a year.
