two guys at work are also building these and testing them on some engines. I wanna make two comments and a question. first the more energy in than out isn't really applicaple here since you burn no more gas to use this than you do without it. second one of the two is claiming about 2 miles per gallon gain wile the unit is working. The question is what are you using for wire as both test units these guys are using is going through wire like its going out of style.

You are free to peruse all of the documents I listed in the weblink in my previous post. Your answer is there. I usually use 19 Gauge Stainless Steel wire. My best results from a device I made has been on my friend and co-workers 2000 Dodge Durango 8 Cylinder. He went from 11mpg to 16mpg according to his MPG meter in his truck. That is like 50% gain right? Pay for a top notch Audit Firm to confirm this for me and I'll do it. I'll post link to HHO Water4Gas documentation again, (FREE). Ask your oil company to give you something free.

Didnt mythbusters use this exact same thing and showed that it did nil?

Just buy a tornado, it all does(nt) do the same crap Rolling Eyes

Plus, why exactly would buggys need to get better mpg? they already get 20-40 depending on gearing and how you drive it.

Hey I don't know if this gizmo works or not. I'm skeptical, like most, due to always being fed BS on the internet and infomercials. But--I have made hydrogen & oxygen by electrolysis & even have a little scar on my arm as proof Rolling Eyes

So I know the gas can be made from a car battery. Whether it's efficient enough to improve engine efficiency is the question. And I agree it's probably not going to find much serious interest in the buggy community, but using a buggy as a test vehicle makes some sense.

Although the 11-pole stator installed in a 150cc or 250cc buggy could provide the power required for electrolysis, you would have to choose between this device and lighting.

The results are mixed with other fuel saving devices and driving styles:

H2 – Hydrogen gas generator
tires - tire pressure was increases to 40 or 50 psi
heat - a simple fuel heat exchanger was installed
oil – GP7 engine treatment or synthetic oil
plugs - Halo spark plus installed
3x optimizer - Computer device installed and adjusted to 350 milivolts
driving - all the driving techniques in operator's manual were implemented

Since they added so many other variables in their measurements, it is hard to tell which item had the most effect.

Everything I've seen on Brown's gas use is with a carbuerated engine. Here's the problem.....Today's cars don't have carbuerators. They have fuel injection systems that are computer controlled. I have found nothing that shows how to easily convert a fuel injected car to use this system. I also have concern to what effect this has on engine and component life. There ahve been absolutely NO studies on this. Today's engines can easily make 250,000 to 350,000 miles with regular maintenance. That is no small thing to consider.

I agree with the study that hydrogen burns hotter and quicker than the regular fuel. This will produce more temperature swings and additional thermal shock to the engine components.
