Hm. I saw that the problem is I do not have reverse! Somehow I have this extra ring/spacer no one has seen before! I think I am going to order the parts I KNOW I need and see what it looks like. I am going to give the guys at BuggyDepot a call today anyways for some other questions. We are going to order the reverse kit and some other stuff.

After sitting down with it yesterday the oil seal fits on it so I am led to believe it is part of the oil seal? It did not seem to show a metal ring as part of the seal in the diagram.

Also thanks for all the help everyone!

The reverse spacer is about 2mm too wide and will misalign the chain. We're out of the standard Yerf 10mm spacers. From the additional pictures it looks like the left ring on the shaft is the spacer. As long as it is roughly 10mm (3/8") thick, it should be usable. If really needed, we could chop 2mm off of the reverse spacer. The 10mm spacer will still be needed with reverse kit, so please try to measure that left ring and see if it is the correct one.

The seal contacts directly with the output shaft, and should wrap around the output shaft pretty snugly. There aren't any other components to the seal except a spring inside the seal lip. The spacer goes on the outside of the bearing and transmission, before the sprocket.

The seal, bearing, and reverse kit are all in stock. Our number here @ BuggyDepot is 434-374-4217, I'll be here all day.

Thanks!
Travis

Thanks Travis! Very Happy

I called and Travis cleared it up for me. Nice to have good, knowledgeable people to help! Pghruby and Travis are incredible! What threw me was I was looking for it on the parts diagram and the spacer is not shown anywhere so I was a little lost.

We will be ordering the parts shortly I just have to see what we want to do in regards to the chain. New chain, extra links or change the chain tensioner. The spacer was a little chewed up but still the same width we are going to file it smooth on TOP for good measure. Everyone is pressuring me to have it ready soon!! They are ready to ride!
