I am currently interested in purchasing a 250-300cc off road kart or buggy for our kids to run on our relativly hilly property, however I would like it to be large enough ( leg room ) for my wife and I to take it for an occasional ride ( two seater ). I am very interested in the BMS Power Buggy 250 or the Roketta GK-06A, but everything I have read on Roketta or Sunl says to stay away from their karts. The other dilema I have is that the BMS Power Buggy 250 looks suspicously like a dressed up Roketta GK-06. If anyone could shed some light on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.
SUNL and Roketa are junk dealers that provide little to no post sale support or replacement parts. Can't really tell ya anything about BMS as I have had no experience with em.
I'd wait another month or two and check out the Kinroad 300cc phoenix.
I believe the BMS is just a glorified Roketa. My local dealer sells them and says the parts supply is good if you have a local dealer to get them for you.I was worried about this and ended up buying 2 Hammerhead HH250SS.The parts are very easy to get and they will climb any hill they can get traction on.You may also want to check out the Joyner 250.They both have a high and low gear that is great.I am 6 foot 275lb and drive my HH250SS a lot.One other thing about the BMS is that it does not have the locked rear end and may not climb hills all that well.I also was told that the BMS is quite a bit slower due to the extra weight.I do know that the BMS is a lot larger and has more room in it.I am not knocking the BMS but it just was not the buggy for me.Maybe someone that has the BMS will chime in and let you know about reliability and parts supply.I can only tell you what the dealer told me.

Well I don't really want to bad-mouth anyone that I haven't had experience with.......but I would be leary of BMS and take BIGE's advice. Seems that the scummiest of SCUM online dealers sell BMS.
National Wholesale Scooters is a BMS dropshipper and has a BBB F rating with 88 unresolved complaints

There are alot of dirtbags in this industry that are looking to make a fast buck by importing and selling low quality poorly made Chinese JUNK via the internet. Their only purpose is to get your money and then crawl back under their rock and disappear.....Take your time, do your research, spend time on buggynews and I'm sure you'll make the right choice.
