it's gotta go! A mucho modded CN250..... web cam, milled and ported head, custom intake manifold fitting a XL350 carb, GM HEI ignition module, custom made exhaust flange fitting 1.5" pipe, kevlar cvt belt with blue secondary spring and sliders moded cvt cover clearence to shim primary sheave.
Also F-N-R box .
It's all curently in the buggy and running. I will be removing after it all after I get home from vacation July 13. we will be sure and get some video of the buggy running in the sand with this motor setup.

$400 for the whole mess everything but the muffler

It's all gotta go to make room for a 500cc Arctic Cat sled motor and chaincase.

I'm gonna guess the engine assy weighs about 80 lbs so it's definetly UPSable.
I would ship from work the zip there is 97444.

The first day that buggy was driven in the sand it was rolled the next day they yanked the roll bars back out to drive it another day the 3 rd day out the engine overheated and the piston seized. the buggy spent almost a year in my shop rehabilitating/ improving.
Yep.....necessity is the muthah of invention.
Very Happy
Oh and thanks for the compliment.
After all this My buddy decided to give it up in favor of garage space so (for a killer deal) I became it's owner Now the buggys stays in our riding group, for the most part it's been a guest ride but thats about to change when I repower and fab some decent front suspencion.

Still have the engine for sale?

Will the engine/tranny/etc fit on a regular pallet?

I take it you'll strap the stuff the pallet and then shrink wrap it, right?

I beleive a regular pallet is 40"x 48" that a bit of overkill.

I am almost positive it can go UPS in one package if not two would do it. ups will ship up to 150 lbs. If you prefer I can make a small pallet, strap and wrap it. I would do the packageing as part of the deal but any shipping packing material costs will have to be passed on to the buyer.

I shipped one from az to louisiana. It cost 112.00 give or take and it went regular ups. Since then I found out fed ex freight is cheaper. I shipped the engine tranny and cooling system all on one small pallet. I have a buddy who shipped a motorcycle engin in one of those rubbermaid tubs you can get at walmart. He just packed the empty space with newspaper and it seemed to work great. Hope thi s helps. Van
