i have new rollers new clutch new belt belt only has an hour on it i took the back upcvt cover off and watched it the belt pulls up on the top of the variator at high speed and goes back down at lower speed on the clutch end the belt starts out on top and pulls down when speeding up when you slow down to a stop the belt goes to floppin bad if the cvt cover was on it would be hitting it and the belt is not going all the way back to the top of the pulley but if you hit the gas it will tighten back up and go back to the top also i have a new torque spring in

have you checked the variator to see if one of the rollers hasn't turn side ways, not letting the variator open up all the way to let belt back down to the lowest point on variator.
maybe thats whats happening and the pressure of the 1500 torque spring is trying to get the belt all the way back up on the clutch pulley to go back in low gear, causing it to flop.
just a thought and are you running a 743-20-30 belt

like pud said check the rollers, and belt size, while you have it apart see if you can squeeze the clutch pulley apart and see if it sticks. _________________ Blade buggies,Carter buggy's, ams (manco) , joyner, parts for almost anything
