EmrockATV.com Response to the below comment: We ordered from Kinroad a brand new 250 Sahara. The customer was very impatient on the day it arrived...To accomodate the customer we set aside other service bikes to setup the buggy so the customer can take it home the same day. We suggested that we keep the buggy overnight so we can do additional checks. The customer insisted to take the buggy home and that they have experience and can handle any addtional adjustments if needed. (The Customer observed the setup process) We took the buggy on a test run and all checked out fine at the time. The customer signed off on the buggy and loaded it on the trailer...We later received calls that the customer was unhappy with the performance and that they should have invested in a Joyner 250 Sand Viper...e.g free labor, ect... Thank you!

If anyone has any suggestions or think they could help please let me know. I think the only thing I can do it take EmrockATV to small claims.
READER DIGEST VERSION:
On the day I picked up the buggy (4-11-2008) they had to use starter fluid to get it started and it ran rough. The first time I backed it out of the shop it skipped/hopped a little and I asked if that was o.k. and Greg (owner) said yes. I noticed there was a plug in the tire and Greg said that it happened during shipping and all buggies have little problems. The owner told me to bring the buggy home and run it and clean out the carb. I got the buggy home and in two weeks I only got it started once. On the first ride and about the 3rd time it was put into reverse it made a loud clunk and it came out of gear. It wouldn't go into reverse again. Kinroad sent me a new carb and it ran good. I brought the buggy back to Emrock and they re-adjusted the reverse and put a new strap where the carb goes into the intake. On the next ride it came out of reverse again, and the carb fell off the intake. I adjusted the cable all the way in and bent the bracket back at the reverse box so it would go into reverse, but then it wouldn't start. I brought the buggy back and they said it is O.K. and also stated that if any of the gears are stripped it is because I was shifting wrong. The plug in the tire is leaking and they won't send me a new tire. I have about 4-6 hours on the buggy, and have yet been able to drive it more than 20 or so minutes without a major problem. I can't believe that this is happening to me. What a nightmare.
