hey guys my 250 sahara is running pretty rich. i alredy have a high performance air filter and a straight pipe, it helped but is still running rich. im at 1015ft above sea level. im considering getting a fuel injection system because these carbs are junk Laughing . i hate the automatic choke
heres the link to the fuel injection site

http://delphi.com/manufacturers/other/powertrain/small/

I would think a 135 to 140 would be about right.I know with a Uni filter on the carb at the desert elevations here in Arizona a 135 works really well. This is on the Hammerhead 250 so it may be a little different on your buggy.Hope this helps.
David
P.S. Do you know who sells the fuel injection kit and what's the cost?

Stock jet is a 108 on the HH250.
