Ok its time to stat a new project and I need the funds to do so. I picked up a GK06 in great condition for 1100 and a 954 motor with less than 3000 miles for 300, can you guess where the motor is going. I will be selling the motor from the GK next week but if your interested let me know and I will get some pictures (it is very clean withvery little hours). I am going to as 400 ob it is complete withthe carb,wiring,radiator and FMF pipe. It has been jetted for higher altitude and will prob need rejet. I will be keeping the gearbox though.
The kart is a DN150. I have added a camping rack, it also has a UNI filter with a modified stock pipe. I set it up with dual batteries using a battery isolator so as not to run the main battery dead. It has an amp and speakers with an AM/FM MP3 player attached, 55w halo headlights and a windshield. It was my daily driver here in AZ City so it has been set up to be street legal. It has a plate and is titled as a dune buggy. This is a great buggy that runs perfect and starts up every time.
It is a 150cc with a top speed of about 40 (depending on the weight of the load)and an automatic trans with reverse. This is the older style DN150 from Baja Motor Sports with the long travel front end. I have put alot of time and money into making sure this buggy worked perfect.
I also have a 85 Honda 250SX that is a semi automatic (no clutch) 5 speed with a reverse. I don’t know much about this one I bought it to be a motor donor for the kart above but it ran way to good to be taken apart. It does need a battery but has a kick start as well. This thing fly’s down the road. It also has plates and is titled as an ATV.
I just serviced both of them, they are ready to go from your trailer to the desert, dunes, and trails or where ever you may want to ride. I'd avoid deep bodies of water.
I am asking 1500.00 for the rail and 900.00 for the three wheeler. I will sell both for 2200.00. Delivery can be arranged for the cost of gas. with in Tucson or Phoenix.

So I see you found what you were looking for. Congrats. Make sure to keep us posted on those mods. You did an amazing job on the Dune, I cant wait to see what you come up with next.
PS - Can you snap a photo or two of the roof rack before it goes. I would still like to see how you did that.
