800cc joyner sand viper buggy i have a 2008 sand viper and had nothing but trouble with it from day one . i took it out riding the first weeked i got it and broke the output shaft. so i got a another one and put it in it . so i went back out and broke it again. by this time i was getting mad .i took it apart yet again this time i found out thay sold a open differential for it .i got it its in the buggy now got it all back together drovr down the street and back and didnt make it back the left side axle broke .so far i had this buggy for 2 month now and spent right at 400 for 2 output shaft 200 hunder 4 a open diff. now i got 2 get another axle for it wittch is another 180 dollar so far this buug is nother more than a pice of junk . and its brand new .the point i am trying 2 make is u go buy a new buggy and pay almost 10.000 fot it and take it riding twice and didnt get 2 finish the day out just make me upset. buy the time i get it going again i am going 2 have 800 or 900 hunder in parts and only took it out riding twice what up with thes buggy

sounds like the chinese arent making there locked diffs strong enough to handle the strain... switching to open diff should fix that, I have open diff in my 800cc and I have never had any diff problems in six months of hard abuse. I bet that the locked diff put alot of strain on the axles and blew that axle out... btw which part of the axle did you break, did the cv cage break or did the splines get stripped out??

Where's your warranty? All these problems in a 2 month old buggy shouldn't cost you a dime.
