Sahara 150 I need to know how to set the timimng

I bought a used sahara 150 that the timing chain has jumped off the gear. I need to know how to set the timing on the sahara 150 go kart by kinroad.

1. Remove the the flywheel/fan cover
2. Set the engine to top-dead-center
3. Set cam sprocket so the two smaller holes are even with the case opening and the large hole is facing the seat
4. Release the the cam tensioner
5. Spin the engine 5-10 revolutions and check your timing at TDC
6. While at TDC, adjust your valves
7. Fasten your valve and fan cover
8. Test the engine.
