Buggy nightrider video

Here is the link to my Buggy video at night,, holding a flare in one hand, steering with one and fanging around our home track.

I still have a question:
I have seen videos that go much longer than mine on this site,,, but they must be smaller than 50mb,,, so how is it that mine is 78mb and only goes for a short time,,, can anyone help,, as I would like to load directly to BN instead of a link
Maybe someone can help with this??

Was that straight from the camera or did you edit it with software? Video editing programs have options when saving to shrink the frame size or the quality settings. Or just upload the whole giant video to Photobucket--like you did--and let their software shrink & degrade it until you don't even recognize it Wink

You probably just have it in a higher quality like guy pretty much said. Go into Windows Movie Maker if you want to, and save it at 50Mb and that will do it if you want to upload it directly.

Yea I have transfered it straight from my small camera, fugi finepix,,,
So I can edit it to a smaller file using windows movie maker?? or adjust the camera recording quality before making my next video,,, I will have a go at both,, thanks very much.
I hope to put them straight to BN and only used the photobucket after someone said to on here,,, it took hours to load that video,, and another of my Grand jeep on the drag strip

Cheers, thats my out of date boat flares I'm burnin,,, they burn really bright,,,
I have quite a collection of them so I will be doing some more soon, have to burn em in the winter, or my bush catches fire,,,,, ooops,,, we do have a lot of fun though,,, getting into buggys is the best thing i've ever done,,, plus we are gunna do some on board buggy racing vids,,

Mate, I was hopin the same thing,,, When I do some more flares, I will take a passenger,, I will make them hold the flare,, then they can catch fire, and burn,, lol

The biggest problem was, every time I got a flash from the flare,, I was temporarily blinded,, so most of my one handed race, was pitch black,,,, not just dark,, ha ha

Good point about the fuel tank though,,, it used to leak or spash out,, but I put a large o-ring in the cap and screwed it down tight,,, repeated tightening makes it flatter and it seals sweet!

Thanks Mike, yea its a lot of fun,,,
I will be making more vids like that soon,,, and also a complete race around our track with onboard video,,,,, One with me driving and one with my girl behind the wheel,,, her buggy of course!
