Yes, EEC is in fact the European version of our Epa and Dot combined. I venture to guess that they are using the same style of engine that we are using in our 500cc UTV. it is 2/4 WD switchable and comes out of China so likely it is the same style at least. I know ours is very stron and very resonsive so it should be interesting to see reveiews on this type of Buggy..
