Hi Guys And Girls,Just getting into the Buggy fever, recently purchased a crossfireR 150 and now my wife wants one, just wondering if a lot (or any) changes were made to the 150cc motors in the last three years ? as I am looking for a used one in good shape, and some seem to be three or four years old that are for sale. I am in southern Ca. Thanks ,and I would like to add this site has helped me so much, from just reading, and I expect to have many more questions as I get into them more!!!!

These engines have remained the some. Some have changed the roller weights but that is it.

I believe the newer Carter Brothers buggies have switched to the SYM engines. Minor differences at the trans end. I found out the CVT covers are longer to compinsate for the larger size case.
