Looks remarkably like mine. Could be european( Spanish perhaps hence matador) version. Mine Uk roadlegal. Vehicle code is the same.

The Matador is the European version of the Sand Spider. It has body panels, fenders and more guards around the moving engine parts. It does not come with racks and winch standard. Many times you will see the model number as JNSS650DL-CE.
