My Crossfire 150R is dead. It won't crank, nothing, dead. The battery is charged and connected. Cant find anything loose. Where should I look? I replaced the ignition switch and that did nothing.
1. Apply jumpers directly to the starter. If it cranks, the problem is in the solenoid, switch or wiring. If it doesn't the starter or battery most likely died.
2. Apply power to the solenoid control. If it cranks, the problem is in the switch or wiring. If it doesn't, the solenoid is bad.
3. Short the wires at the starter switch. If it cranks, the problem is in the switch. If it doesn't, the wiring is bad. _________________ 08 Joyner SandViper 250

There should be a fuse in the circuit somewhere. Do you have a box that a bunch of wires run into. That's where I found mine. _________________ 05 Jehm Adventure Buggy 250cc, Torque Spring, 22.5gr Rollers, Modified Roll Cage, K&N, 21x7x10 & 22x11x10 Trac Star Radials, Vapor, Body Panels, 40T Spkt
