I def. agree with you, the CBR is high reving engine and it doesn't like being down in the range, it enjoys 7 grand and up. Sadly, by that time you would be just spinning around in a circle, unless it was street legal . I think for a buggy that size, 50-60 hp single or twin would do the job very good.
