Please forgive any faux pas; absaloutley first time on any forum.
I would like to learn more about the dealer hoping to liquidate his stock of buggies up here in Canada. I am up in the Yukon (Thats higher than the Alaskan capital, for all you sun dwellers)
Tested a couple out in Mexico and Arizona and not only do I want a new toy, I think there is a market for them up here. Any info, greatly appreciated. Gaz.
PS Any such thing as "spell check' when posting a reply?

I searched the topics pretty good and found little help ; can you adust the shocks with that notched ring with the spring tension on them ? And that little tab -seems like it might break right off when applying so much torque . Do you have to use a special tool ? Thanks

Yes, it can be adjusted. I use a pipewrench.

Which posts are locked?
I can't find any that are locked that shouldn't be.

As I have said many times before I don't know very much about Chinese buggys. From what I understand most 150cc use the gy6 scooter type engine,am I right? So what type of engine does the 250cc class use?Which besides power is better? What about Carters Brothers new type of engine, does anybody know much about these? mancoman

Carter's new engine is probably the best in the industry. It sure has the best warranty. It's made by SYM and is ceramic-lined. It's got great torque and power. We have the 300 and there are several guys on here that have the 250. Not one single complaint from anyone I know of about any engine related issues. You'll pay a premium for that engie, but the piece of mind was worth it for me.
