Just my $.02 but I think you should keep the name calling and calling out on the down low.

I have seen this happen dozens of times on one of my regular forums. Google "Charlie Wenzel" if you don't beleive me. The best thing the person who got scammed did, is not talk trash.

Additionally, you are going about things the right way. Have you exercised any option of going through the manufacturer or it's sales department? Perhaps talking to a (english speaking) sales and marketing manager might help close down this shady business.

I myself am in the market for a buggy, and with this kind of business being shown by GKUSA, I know I will never buy from them ever.

Trust me I have a clue; I just don't think he’s going about it the most effective way.

I see this kind of stuff happen every day over at Pirate4x4.com. Those guys handle it like men, and hang the perpetrator out to dry. They destroy those minions by digging deep and hitting the businesses where it hurts most.

One of the right ways to do this is by repeating the ACTUAL business name, address, phone number, and city over and over again in this thread to target the Google bots and yahoo search spyders. That way, when people search for his site, this thread pops up right below him.

There are tons of cool ways to give him bad publicity.
