I really like the rear suspension set up. Is there a reason why most 150s use the straight axle? Is there a hp loss at the rear wheels with the IRS?

I think the reason is simplicity. It would have been easier and cheaper to have a solid axle. I just wanted the best that I could provide for my son. Very Happy

Thanks guys. I have done quite a bit of welding, got the pedals installed, and this weekend I will have the steering rack, tie rods and control arm installed. I am hoping to be able to at least push it around this weekend. I'll post more pictures later.

This is what I have done so far. I do have some bump steer... Evil or Very Mad Not sure if I will correct it yet or just leave it alone. The tie rods are not going to stay the way they are. I just slapped them on to try it.
