Generally how is this supposed to work anyway? What I see is this. Wires come off of the stator (5 - 3 in the connector plug - green, yellow, and white and then two single plugs - one blue/white and one black/red). These go to the electrical box and are plugged into the corresponding connectors there. Only difference is green wire is connected to black (ground) all other colors match. From there, unless I'm missing something some wires are routed to the regulator (white, yellow, black, and red (hot wire from battery). Where are the wires (blue and white) that are routed back up to the switch for the headlights? The blue wire from the stator controls the spark, right? What is the red/black wire for? _________________ 2006 SUNL 150B, uni filter, lifan engine, 10 gram rollers, synthetic oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer/ 2007 LANCE 250cc Charger 2 Seater, shaft drive, synthetic engine & gear oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer
I don't. Pud have you come across or have anything?
no profaci i haven't found a wiring diagram but been looking, if i had one i would sure post it.
i'm not sure as i said before which one does what, the yellow or white wire.i'm leaning more towards the yellow wire charging the battery and it is on the same side on rectifier with red wire (battery). the white wire has more ac-volts when idling
so i'm guessing that is for lights and fuel inrichment(choke)
then all the wires goes in the harness and then brake off and going into the choke and lights. i think thats why you are getting a different color wire at switch and choke.hope that come out wright.
i wish i had a old wiring harness to untape and look at that mess to see how its wired.

trying a set of 10gram rollers now
There are two pigtails that come out of stator: One is the pickup and The other is power for the CDI. There is a 4-pin plug with three wires that also comes out of the stator: Two wires are AC outputs and One wire is ground. All three of these wires run to the rectifier, but one of the AC lines splits off to supply power to the choke and lights.
If you have a switch for lights, this AC power line runs through it to your lights and then the other light lead is grounded. _________________ 07 Joyner SandSpider 650

Do you think I should direct connect the wires both in the electrical box and at the regulator? Maybe I have a connector issue? _________________ 2006 SUNL 150B, uni filter, lifan engine, 10 gram rollers, synthetic oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer/ 2007 LANCE 250cc Charger 2 Seater, shaft drive, synthetic engine & gear oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer
Also, when I disconnect the connector in the electrical box and check the voltage at the plug I'm not showing anything on the meter. What is strange is when it is plugged in and I check the voltage at the battery I'm getting 14 volts (obviously this is all with the buggy running). What am I doing wrong? _________________ 2006 SUNL 150B, uni filter, lifan engine, 10 gram rollers, synthetic oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer/ 2007 LANCE 250cc Charger 2 Seater, shaft drive, synthetic engine & gear oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer

The battery is DC voltage and the stator is AC voltage. The rectifier converts AC to DC. You need to change the measure type on your meter to AC voltage when measuring stator output. _________________ 07 Joyner SandSpider 650
