i need a bigger dual sprocket for my 06 kinroad sahara i think the 250 and 150 are the same. i want to lower my gear ratio.
bige said he could get me one but its on back order. im kinda wanting it soon. maybe someone can help me or show me where to find one.
i don't want to put a single sprocket on there i want to keep the dual

I thought most 250's use single roller 520-sized links while the 150's use single or dual roller 530-sized links. However, I don't know what the Kinroad 250 is using.
You could order two single row sprockets (like the 530 39t sprocket from Buggy Depot) and bolt them together with washers to get proper spacing.

that would work great only the bolt pattern is way different. the kinroad doesnt use any type of chain roller

Does yours use all those holes or just four of them? That seems like over kill for these small buggies. Hopefully you just need four and it matches the same bolt circle or you have a lot of drilling to do...
At least you would have your original one as a template and you would only have to drill one of the 39t sprockets with those extra holes.

i could do $60.00 okay but 100.00 and putting together its a bit of a hassle. but i guess if it will save money in the long run from burning up clutches it will be worth it. maybe someone will have the one that goes on there for like $40.00. a boy can wish right
