JZ, maybe its time for you to think about relocating. Thats a nice buggy you have there. It is a shame to have to give it up so you can live near a crabby neighbor.

Bummer that you have to sell. Can you just store it else where?
Just a suggestion...you should put it on Craigslist in Reno, Nv area too. There are not alot of buggies for sale up here, but alot of people looking for them, and Stockton is only 3hrs away.

Here's an idea, read your lease. What does it say about this situation? If it's not addressed I don't think he can make you leave, at least until the lease is over. Then work extra hard to keep the neighbors from bitching.
