Wow Pud, good work!
You should come down here and get with Charlie when he begins his next creation. Theres no telling what you two could come up with. And if you come down here don't forget to bring your 5 gallon bucket of spare dozer parts Wink

is there a way to actualy do a front alignment on these carts? my problems is that my right tire points about 15 degrees right when my stering is centered and my left points true. I know my spindle is about 5 degrees of it but im replacing those A want to be able to fire it up as soon as they are done & the new wire harness is on. Im taking a trip this month with my cart & just want to know if i can do an alignment & if so, how????

jason go to service manual mini buggys in forum index and download the talon service manual, on page 70 of it it will show you what you need to do.
i know it is for a different buggy then the ones you are running but it is the same principle on how to get the front end lined back up Wink

I noticed my left rear wheel had some side-to-side play also. When I took it apart, I found that there was some clearance between the axle spline and the hub spline. The bearing was not the problem. I put some JB weld epoxy on the axle spline and reinstalled the hub. Tightened the nut and the problem was gone.
