i don't know what is wrong with it, i hooked up straight to the battery and nothing, I called the dealer where i got the kart and they told me its $135 for a new one, i was looking for something a little bit cheaper. i bought my sr-1 1100 from Sean at Super-Kart in Lake Elsinore CA (southern california)
$135 is a good deal for a high pressure, high volume fuel pump. Sean refered me to a web sight that was mrfuelpump.com or something like that, but they didnt have one that would work. I found a Holley that would work but it was $265.00 even a fuel pump for a 5.3 l chevy is 295.00 and they make those by the thousands. Pay the 135 and get the right one.
