Hello All! I am new here with a new buggy! My wife and I drove about fifty miles in two trucks to pickup a couple of small karts for the kids only to find out they were not as advertized. Being as the kids knew mom and dad went to get something "special" I really didnt want to show up empty handed. After leaving the "box" store we went by a local kart dealer. I've past this store (more of a shack really) for many many years. After about 45 minutes of talk we purchased what you see in the picture. I got the picture off of the internet but it looks exactly like what we got. Not sure if it is really a KMD as the VIN tag on the kart say Zhejiang Industries or "Z" something like that. Also says its a 200cc instead of a 150. Hard to tell as there is not much on the kart regarding the engine manufacturer or in the owners manual. Anyway, we got and did everthing the owners manual said not to do (read it "after" having fun with it). Drove the heck out of it. Manual says to take it easy for a couple of weeks! Shocked The second day out it was put through its paces by several adults and several teenagers. Towards the evening I noticed that one of bolts for the drivers side front caliper was missing. After several hours of searching two acres of grass my sister located it and I reinstalled it. Shortly thereafter I did a complete bolt check on the entire kart. I could only find six grease fittings, none of which were on the lower swing arm attachment to the kart or to the lower control arms. Nothing a drill and zerk fittings cant fix. Seems well built, so far. The dealer says he can get parts if needed. The owners manual is very entertaining. I need to change my "sparkling plug"......
