As some know i am currently deployed to Iraq right now, but am trying to order all the parts I will need to fix my kart as soon as i get home for R&R..(will only be home for 2 weeks).1 problem i was having is it had no take off power going forward so at slow speeds would get stuck some times, but in reverse would go like a bat of hell. At that time i knew nothing about the setup...after reading all i could here im thinking the reverse gear box as i was having some issues with it already but befor I spend that much money thought i would ask.....ALSO ANYONE GOT ONE it is a Terminator 150FS which i think is the same a a Roketa GK-1

I think your gearbox is fine. Reverse is a 3:1 reduction over forward, so you probably have a stuck variator keeping it in high gear.

I would order some new rollers or sliders. What do you have in there right now?

dirtdigger i think your buggy is like mine when it was new.
so i'm thinking your stock rollers are 14grams
i understand what you were talking about no power, with the new torque spring and variator with the 8grams rollers you will think it is a different buggy.
you got to get to that fishing hole Very Happy
