I have a 2007 twister 80 and the drive belt broke and I ordered a new one and put it on. Got maybe a couple hours out of it and it broke too. What could be causing this??
Thanks for you help.

i have never seen a belt break most of the time they shred. faulty belts or there is a nick or bad place in your variator

Well I guess I meant shreds instead of breaking. Just can't figure out what is causing it.

either the belt you bought is too big or your variator has rubber burnt in it and its slipping. heat and slippage is the main cause!
