Yours is the separate gear box correct? if so then take the gear box out and pull the case apart. there is a coupling in there that could be stripped or one of the shafts is broken

Thanks for all your feedback dudes. My gearbox is separate and I haven't taken it all the way off but I have taken the face plate off and look in there and I see no broken shafts or stripped gears, etc.

I took off CVT cover and the driven pully and clutch. I noticed that a couple of the Rollers where "rooster-eyed". How did they get that way? Could this cause the buggy from moving forward or backwards??? The clutch looks ok. I also looked in transmission in back of clutch and there where no broken shaft, no strip or damaged gears. Bearings and everything turned smoothly.

My only conclusion is that the "crooked rollers" where not allowing buggy to engage and move forward or backward. I included some pics. I am putting it back together and trying it tonight hopefully.

Thanks for all your help dudes.

I did like Jason said and put my CVT and everything back together and jacked up the back of the Buggy to wheels where off the ground. After starting Buggy I Rev engine by Carb and the Clutch engaged, so the Clutch is OK. The Final Shaft out of CVT/Final Gear turned when the engine was Rev.

I turned the Engine off and spinned the wheels and my chain and drive shaft turned. Hence, I believe the problem is in my F-N-R Gearbox. How do I remove Gear Box on my GK-19 MotoBravo Buggy??? Do I need to remove the chain? Still can't figure out how to tighten chain, let alone loosen it.

Also, is it better to just buy a new gearbox? Do you all know the cost? Or is it easy to take GearBox off and apart? I attach pictures of the back of my buggy showing Gearbox. Thanks for all your great input dudes. I am back to riding the dirt bike again.

On your last picture you will see a brass looking
bracket with a nut on top, it goes from your gearbox
up to the frame. To tighten chain, tighten the nut, to
loosen the chain, loosen that nut and the back of the motor will lower down, giving you enough slack to
take master link out of the chain to remove it.

I have a double chain on my buggy. Does the master link in the chain go thru both chains?

What am I looking for once I get the GearBox taken apart?

Well dudes I got my gear box off and low and behold the end of the drive shaft coming out of the Gear Box was stripped and Gnarled up and the Coupler it went into is stripped out inside also. Everything inside the Gear Box looks fine. I took lots of pictures so I can figure out how it goes back together.

I have attached a couple of pics of the Gear Box shaft and Coupler. Where can I purchase this Drive Shaft and Coupler??? I will buy two of each just to be safe.

Oh ya, do I Adjust my Rear Shock Absorbers to loosen and tighten the chain on my Buggy???

Is this what happens to the Drive Shaft and Cooupler when you do jumps and "don't" take your foot off the gas??? Thanks a million for all your support dudes. I'm gettin tired of riding my dirt bike.

Well,

Finally got shaft and coupler parts I need thanks to the helpful parts dealers who post here on the buggynews forum. Hopefully I will get the parts next week and remember how to put it together. Jumping will be limited I guess.
