Well i think I'm ready to sell my buggy after all the hours i worked on it. It is a 500cc Ninja powered fully independent suspension mini trail buggy. It has a Polaris sportsman 500 rear end assembly with posi track heavy duty axles. it is hooked up to the 50+hp ninja engine by 530 chain i bough from Granger.
There is two ways to tighten the chain. It has High, Low, Neutral, reverse, and Park lock, along with the 6speed bike trans so it really has 12 speeds. Lots of pulling power.
The buggy was painted professionally by a body shop looks very nice and is very durable paint Comes with a lot of touch up paint. all the Silver was automotive can paint from auto-zone which turned out great, it is very easy to come by so you can grab a can for a touch up if needed.
The wheels are 12" aluminum with 26" Polaris tires.
The front end is Kawasaki 400 a arms with Yamaha raptor 660 spindles and brakes so there is four wheel brakes that will lock up very easily and in a controllable manner if needed. the Seat and head room is great and even has enough room for and upgraded suspension seat if you want to install it. is has 2 pairs of lights both HIDs bottom ones are fog and tops are regular.
The dash came off the ex500 bike and the speedometer doesn't work but the Eng temp, Tachometer, oil, and neutral lights work fine. This thing is fairly easy to drive one you learn the shifting part. Clutch is easy to use engine once warmed up runs FLAWLESSLY no problems what so ever, although it is a little hard on cold starts on account of the Carburetors.
I estimate this buggy goes about 55MPH but it can be raised very easily with out much power loss.
Any more questions don't hesitate to Pm me
I am asking $5500

YA but I never get to use it anymore. I hate seeing it just sit down there in the garage.

Wow that is a really nice buggy... you did a great job. 12 gears sounds interesting, but the power lost through two transmissions.... luckily its got a ex500 motor, good power. Wish I was a rich guy... I would buy this over any similar priced china buggy like say a yamabuggy.
