All of these models ( of buggies,w/Optional Headlites) appear very capable of illuminating my nights... Laughing http://www.funbuggy.nl/modellenkalender.htm Im rather partial to the set that is displayed with the FunBuggy, appears these would shine brightly & polish up well, very well positioned; not too large or too small; making them much more durable over time; even comes in diff colors (hover mouse pointer over pic for preveiw); I am however concerned about amp draw on my system, wattage appears to be very high, & would not want to cause a Meltdown !! Shocked Also appears to me these may be very high mantainance accessories.

Hahaha...

They don't make the maintenance free models anymore.
I gues the general idea is not to mount more than one set at any one time. More could prove to be a serious strain on your wiring... a risk running out of juice or to blow your fuses.

Thinking about it... I gues I'll stick with my current model.
Bright, self supporting, nice curves and red. Stands up to the competition very well. What more could I ask for...

And that maintenance can get real expensive when those headlights start pointing downward with age. A full rebuild can cost thousand Cool

Thank God my wife doesn't come on this board...

All good fun... still talking about buggies right?

Color is just a matter of taste,
and could always be altered at a later time.
DIY or local paint shop. (will require maintenance!)

This proves that a good set of supporting brackets,
is a good investment when their still new.
In other words don't trow away the gift wrapper....
...even when you think it isn't needed (look inside for the brackets)

You can't go around holding them up with your hands all the time.
That's dangerous driving, and I think illegal in most places.

While a good set of headlights can make a buggy very attractive on first hand.
It's a fact that a few lose bolts in the right place, makes it a lot more fun.
Keeps things interesting on the long run, even when the lights give in eventually.

(I hope this doesn't mean no more driving after dark...?)
