Sounds like your stock head might be the same as the ones that come on the Dazon 150's. If so you may want to consider reusing it if possible. They flow a lot better and produce more power.

only damage was a 1 mile walk home pushing it, and the valve side of the head, to the bottom of the cylinder were all unusable. and my parents dont even use thier credit card, its for "emergency's only" thier so stuck up. and were like poor lol. i even have to buy my own stamps! >.<
and now im stuck with a piston, and a cylinder that works, but a new head and valves that wont accept my cam chain, as it is loose and skips teeth making itself go out of time.

Cash works wonders...
Most places should accept a Money Order for the USPS (That's the post office, you know the place you go to buy your own stamps). Well, you can always take your cash to the Post Office and buy a money order for your mail order parts. Mail it to them and the place will send you the goods.
Problem solved.
Can't get a ride?

would u take my soul?
haha...
but the head part number is 800198 in the e-ton catalog. i already have new valves and springs that fit the head, i just need it >.<
and the dealer here double charges, so the $100 head is $200. which is a rip off!

I am having the same problem the grinding noise. So i took apart the box with the elecrical stuff and found out that the cheap wiring caused some of the wires to melt together therefore causing shortage. I fixed that and now it doesnt make the grinding noise but wont start because something is wrong withthe coil.
