The calipers are fine the pistons move in and out freeley and the lines are ok as well the master cyl is not making pressure I have pedal travel of about 3 inches
Sounds like the master cyl. is shot, I don't know if you

master cyl are pretty cheap.... i would go through Tomberlin to get it though... They seem to be much more reliable... When you call tomberlin, ask for DANA, tell her you spoke with John Mackey from the buggy website and that I referred you to her for parts. She will be a HUGE help. Just ask for the Crossfire 150R master cylinder...
As per the master cylinder from Baja, it is $38 plus shipping... supposedly they are in stock. lol... Riiiight.... lol
I had to call about a rear caliper from them, and that is 42 plus shipping, WITHOUT pads... pads are something like 32 bux!!!! The rear pads for my pick-up truck were 31 bux!!!!! What a rip.
