All engine off the models above are identical.
All 250cc
Still working on the 300...
I'm waiting for Firebird's 300 to get back from the shop.
So he can take some pictures of his engine.
Comparing parts may give some idea what we need to look for.

is 25x22 18g all you dealers found, jacksters set in picture said 25x22 2mm 18.4g. mine are about 2mm inside (is that the 2mm you were talking about jackster.
Gocartus... your dealer send the right set.
looking at your pic they are ok.
22.2 is the width. 25 is height.
I think if you measure yours you'll find that they are in fact 25 x 22.2 mm.
When I received my 18 grams I ordered the label said 18,4 grams.
So I decided to weigh them before installing.
They were between 18 and 18,2 grams each.
So I decided to balance the set to 18 grams all.
I suspects it's all just poor labeling.
If your labeling is correct the difference is 0,2 mm (not 2mm).
That is no problem, 0,2mm is 0.0078" not worth mentioning.
The 2 mm difference I meant was for 8 set of 28 x 20 mm sliders.
And ehh... be sure to Locktite that nut when you close up the CVT.
Mine came of the first time, costing me a new fan puly.
Wouldn't want that to happen to you.

But to be honest,
I didn't pay much attention to eventual noises either.
Are you sure your CVT is fully tightened ?
When you don't pull the belt into the back puly.
There' a chance that you tightened it up with the belt pinched
between the front puly. Resulting in a lose CVT.
But telling you this, I imagine this probably not the first CVT you take apart.
Did you make sure the sliders were kept in the correct position when installing the CVT on the shaft?
Looking back at your pic, they are installed the right way.
Can you descibe the noise you're hearing.
Is it an obvious rattle (i.e. can of bean's) or barely hearable?
And are you sure it's from the CVT?

Its on tight, belt rolls so i dont think its pinched. If you hold clutch together in hands and shake slides make a lot of rattle,if you do this with stock weights you hear a slight noise. When on and running i thought it was the muffler ( bap bap bap) sound. But i never had it running with cover off before,so i dont know if stock weights made noise, ill try stock tomorrow to see.
