why did you blead the brakes? Were any of the calipers removed? The master removed? That would be the only reason to bleed them... Just replaing pads doesnt necessitate the whole bleed process.
Was it a soft pedal when you got it? You could have a cut line somewhere from when they stripped the buggy, or something to that effect...
Lets see I paid 200.00 for the buggy 19.99 for the aluminum intake {ebay} and 260.00 for the exaust pipe,uni,130 jet,10grm rollers, brake pads{stu@blade} and 161.99 for a pair of new seat belts, pet rooster, gas cap, engine wire harness, ignition switch w/keys,fuse holder, and resistor {tombrelin} and 61.95 for the cdi, rectifier, starter relay and the plate that holds the rectifier, cdi ect...{baja motorsports}1.25 for the sparkplug {kragen auto parts} and most of all priceless...your guys help!!!!
I dont see any stripes? The title of the thread says striped dune 150 _________________ roketa gk-19 250 cc,15 gram sliders and clutch spring from glade,36 tooth sprocket from tractor supply, unifilter with redneck intake, drpulley hit clutch from tnegg,50 watt amp and speakers from blade powersports
racemybuick the reason I bleed the brakes is that the master cyl was completely empty there is no air in the lines I went through a big bottle of DOT 3 just to be on the safe side and still I have no brakes. fluid comes out all of the calipers when I open the bleeder's but not under pressure.
Your brake lines inside might of swelled up, due to
somebody not useing the correct fluid, and when just
pouring fluid in, it will make it to the calipers, but
under pressure of the brake pedal, the insides of the
lines are soft and swollen, this may not be your
problem, but I have had this happen to me before, had
to buy all new, because all the rubber brake components
were exposed to the wrong fluid. _________________ 05 Blade SX-550 Suzuki

Take the pads off the caliper.
Pump the brake pedal.
Does the cylinder move?
If so, how much?
Not at all?
Is it frozen?
Check out the caliper and make sure it works first. _________________ Chris Dierkens

He can't get fluid to come out the bleeder, pumping
