There is a difference. When I drained the tank on the stock fuel line it came out very slow. When I drained the tank on the second fuel line it was much faster. You could see the difference. I would say twice as much fuel comming out if not more.
I forgot to mention make sure you buy hose clamps for where it hooks to the carb, both sides of fuel filter and where it connects to the 1/4" brass barb fitting. I found the fuel filter in the lawn mower area.

Would the stock gas pump keep the new lines full, inlet and outlet on pump (where new lines go) would still be smaller than 1/4.Do you use 1/4 line on gas pump vacume hose.

Slopeflyer, did you put your tank on backwards? Would
if that line springs a leak, pretty close to the exhaust
pipe.

I didn't know they had a gas pump vacume line. I thought it was a gravity feed system. I will have to take a better look. If anybody can respond please do. If it is I will replace that one too.

gtr goes out tank into pump, pump has in-out-vacume.I just tried 1/4 line all the way around, gas started comeing out of over flow, switched back to stock lines it stoped. With the mrp carb being a venturie i think its to much gas.

Eggyhed I thought the same thing. It is very close to the exhaust. If I spring a leak it could be trouble. This was the side it was on when I took the fuel tank off. I bought the buggy used. Maybe they put it on wrong. Does your fuel line run down the cvt side?
