This buggy market is still a fledgling. There is still much to learn and it has grown a large amount due to good dealers that actively care about their customers and provide support. Unfortunately, there are far too many people out there that see the buggy market as a way to make a quick buck off the unsuspecting and uninformed customer.
I have been a member on this forum for 3 years now. I started out the same way these other guys(Eric and Tom mentioned). Once exposed to the buggy madness it is very hard to shake.
I got screwed over on my first buggy purchase and vowed never to do that to a customer once I decided to become a dealer.
I spoke to Tom about 2 weeks ago. We had a lengthy conversation that covered many topics. I think he has many good ideas.
Eric has said it when he said that the dealers should band together. It is the only way that buggy market can be allowed to grow and keep the unscrupulous dealers of these machines at bay.
I just purchased my first brand new buggy from Eric and Terri. The Blade 110cc for my son. Having a GREAT experience I figured I should respond to this post as well. Eric has been very kind and helpful and has been very quick to respond.
I'm not really used to people giving a crap once you've purchased the product. Usually you get the sellers attention for 30 seconds, then they start blowing you off. The smile and nod treatment I guess you would call it.
But this is not the case with McDonough. They're great people and offer great service as well as prices. Thanks Eric & Terri!
yup thats y u guys are great because all the dealers on here get along yayay and i would like to thanks bige also gave me a pipe for just shipping cost and i cant thank him enough THANK YOU _________________ 06 joyner 250 sand viper, red metallic....royal purple oil blue clutch spring 17 gram sliders and upgraded clutch

"BIG" props to BigE...and the Boss, Terri. They are what makes
just a regular buggy owner an enthusiest Not only do they
give over the top service at all times, but Eric gives solid tech
advice as well. Terri is a prize for sure, I know Eric is thrilled to
have his better half so involed in what he obviously enjoys so
much. Thanks McDonough Powersports Team, for everything! _________________ Kinroad Sahara 150

We're all a network here and there are a few of us that are the same "Had it done the wrong way to us" dealers and we all owe the fly by night and underhanded dealer a BIG THANKS for pushing the "True enthusiast" into the market!
I am living large as we watch this sport grow this way! I hope it translates into other parts of our lives as well! This "Fair price & Honest dealings" thing might just catch on! _________________ -Tom-

well i stumbled upon bn by accident and was a little to shy to start posting stupid questions on the site so i noticed that BigE was in a lot of posts and seems to know his stuff so i pm'd him and in no time he had responded to me not knowing if i was ever gonna buy anything from him and we chatted back and forth 2 to 3 times a day for about a week and then i made it worth his while by buying a varaitor kit and a belt ordered it on Friday it was here on Tuesday it came neatly packaged with a lil sticky calendar with past mounths removed and a sticker a card (all in a lil vanilla evolope) i thought this was way cool so Eric i just want you to know as long as i have a buggy and need parts you will have my business and now that i've got started with some mods that may be lots
I went to see his store recently. Nicely setup. I can't believe how big the Blade 250cc is. _________________ Carter GSX150R2-10 Gram Rollers, 1500RPM Spring, Koso Clutch, Bike Speedometer, Rooftop Lights, 12V Power Plug, and Better battery
