I recently made my first purchase from McDonough, a spare CVT belt. Not only did I receive the belt with fairly quick shipping, but I got 2 - 4oz bottle of grease and grime removal stuff, a little calendar, business card, decal and a product card.
The invoice was not wadded-up in the box as usual, but in a nice reuseable manila envelope. Eric & Terri are running a nice business. In these days of large corporate owners that only want your money it is refreshing that there are still family-owned businesses like McDonough. They are real people and treat you like they care about repeat business, which I am sure they do. I highly recommend doing business with them for your spare or repair parts. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. I plan to buy stuff from only them from now on. Maybe even the 250cc buggy that I have been wanting.

My first post here and first purchase from McDonough,.After reading this forum for months I have made my first upgrade to my HH 250 with Uni,rejet recommended by Eric.And a additional part for the kids HH 200.Thanks Mike

agreed one hundred percent alzwell...i get all the stuff for my kart from Mcdonough, knowing that it will work for me and i will get it quickly. Mr, Jackson is also a really nice guy and wont sell you something that wont work for you

Id like to thank him too with helping me on my mrp carb install.One hand washes to other (i ordered some sliders).He was very helpfull and didnt try to blow me off as i hadnt bought carb from him.

Eric (McDonough Power Sports) and Tom (KidnMe Sports) are both good examples of the Buggy News family that we've become.

As long as their are vendors whose family values apply to their business we will continue to grow this sport and hobby the way we've all wanted to.

There are others as well and we should support them as well.

I as a business owner know how hard it can be to simply look at the money aspect of the business. However, for the good of the sport/hobby and for the good of the people, it's their business approach that will, in the long run, allow them to grow as this sport/hobby grows.

Just like the PGA Tour Pro's "These guys are good."

thanks guys. I try my best to run my bussines as if I were buying from their.

There are alot of good dealers on BN and I think as long as we ( the dealers on BN ) treat people the way we want to be treated then the sport will grow.

My old boss used to say " we arent in the bussines to be fair, we are in the bussines to make money" I dont agree with that, thats why I open my store.
