problem with ECU DAZON 1100cc

Dear friends,

i'm distrubutor from spain. Here we have a big problem. Our engine can not have very power for the european homologation.
But this is not a problem because Dazon 1100cc you can disconect the cable and i can to give 50 hp.

But the european ECU is limited in 3.000 rpm.

I know that this engine HUAIHUAI can to arrive 5.200 rpm. and i want to change the curve of potentiation.

I have proved a lot of software but i can not entry in ECU.

Please anybody can help me about this problem?

I need the protocol or the sofware for to change this problem or i need the parameters for to change another ECU without this problems.
