2008 Buggy Bash Opinions/Suggestions NEEDED!!!!

The organization is in the details....

Someone, hopefully a more than one, will need to physically do some of this organizing. We need to create committee(s) and chairpeople for each of these events and an overall chairperson to help organize the whole thing.

That is unless of course we're just going to wing it...

Which is good too as long as everyone understands that.

well i will put my name up to help organize events set up race courses i know the park i have orange fabric to make flags to mark a course for each event like lap races ,skill races , drag races or any ideas that anyone may have. may i sugguest for the group meal we all send someone like the site administratoror a moderator that will be arriving thursday or early friday a check or money order for $10 to cover our parts since people will be comeing in all day friday at various times i will help who ever recieves the money shop for food since i know the area, bring a grill help cook do what ever i can we can set up in the loop of sites 1-15 where we have most of the sites it could be like a block party

As I recall there was a pretty cool loop trail on what I believe was the west side of area Think

. just up from the small pond. It is a single wide track,but it was pretty big. Ideal for a time trial,high banked turns etc. I would run a stop watch,or plant flags,I think I might even have a checkered flag Very Happy

Did anyone get the double campsite????? I think it it is 26-27,it would have been a good spot for the cookout! Maybe we could make it like a drive through,or drive-in! After all we can drive on the roads surrounding the campground. Might help in the meet and greet for Friday night.
