THANX GUYS FOR THE ADVICE & OR SUPPORT .
TEAM913 ... I HEAR YOU , AND BUGGYNEWS ALWAYS HAS THE DOOR OPEN FOR BOTH SIDES. I WISH THEY WOULD GET ON HERE & SAY WHATEVER MIGHT MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER.
I SIMPLY WAS NOT GOING TO SEND THAT BUGGY BACK UNDER THEIR "RETURN POLICY" ...... THAT'S WHEN THE $%*@ HIT THE FAN .

BOUGHT RELAYS FOR LIGHTS (STILL DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT ONE ... OR THEY JUST ACT UP)

*** I KNOW THEY MIGHT HAVE REIMBURSED MY PARTS & MECHANIC MONEY ... BUT , NO WAY WOULD I HAVE TAKEN A HIT AT LEAST FOR 2,278.00 . I'M NOT A ROCKET SCIENTIST...BUT , I AM FAR FROM A FOOL TOO .

any luck yet??? does the BBB or consumer affairs know about this situation? Do they know that it is illegal to threaten or withhold warranty parts or service due to slander???? They can counter you if they were facetios, but you did not slander them or cause loss of business did you? Did anyone on this site claim they will NEVER use them ever due to your inability to obtain parts? If so...SO WHAT???? Did you specifically tell anyone to NEVER deal with them before this all started?

They are violating your warranty rites for a baseless claim, and the only way they's win is if they prove they lost major business do to INACCURATE claims by you... Are any of your claims inaccurate????? That is what slander boils down to! It has to be an inaccurate claim that causes defation of character, directly impacting business and sales...

So... Unless they have a million dollars to buy a judge a jury, chances are you can take them to court and get your parts +.... My bro in law is a lawyer and i asked him advice on the matter... He basically said it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to void your warranty do to statements of an internet forum... It can only be void if there is a SPECIFIC stipulation in their warranty that says they cannot serve you if you defame them or cause damage to their business... And even so, that only counts if you made FALSE claims!!!!

Good luck...Get it reported, and maybe you should be thinking legal action inthe very near future....

print the pages from this forum where you discussed your dealings with the dealership...good or bad... Any time you started a thread or mentioned this company, print it and copy it... Be prepared.

care what the members of this forum think.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!
Of course if previous contact between
you and your current customers is any indication,
you won't. And people wonder why their
business fails.

CTE, you could attempt to file a suit in your local court. There's plenty of history of this happening more and more. Also with states trying to capture taxes on internet sales, that may turn into an arguement that the sale is therefore "local."

We may want to contact your State attorney general's office, they can go to bat for you.

Keep after them if you can. You may be able to get all of your costs returned.

If this doesn't work you should contact People's Court or one of the other shows. It's worth a shot.
