What do you guys think about this new buggy. There are photos and video of the prototype on the Awesomebuggy web site. Looks like it will be here in March (tax return money?) I like the suspension on it. 680 pounds seems pretty light for that class of buggy. Any opinions based on photos and video alone?
great find i have not seen that one or heard of it, but it looks great..i have been looking at upgrading to a larger buggy and that may be one of the runner ups. i still have my eyes on this xpr250 due to be out in june 08..the stx 400 is 680 lbs at 21.5 hp and the xpr is 550 lbs at 20hp, the main thing i prefer abt the xpr is its size, it is within inches of my 150. the xpr would seem to be better for trail riding...i think that they all have such great features and looks its gonna be a hard decision.. _________________ 05 TALON GX1502R, UNI, REDNECK INTAKE, 125 JET,9 GRAM ROLLERS, NGK IRIDIUM IX PLUG, 1500 POWER CLUTCH SPRING
I think it looks like a great buggy. David from Awesomebuggy.com made quite a few post about it here while he was over in China during it's development.

I had a conversation with Michael at Kinroad about this machine. Kinroad is very excited about it but were unsure about the CFMOTO engine/tranny setup. Michael knew that I sold the Joyners which was the first to incorporate this same tranny 3 years ago. He wanted to know how it held up. I told him that I have had no issues with CFMOTO setup.
The only thing that really concerns be is the width of the new Kinroad 250. It is really going to limit who can buy it if they are restricted by trail widths. It won't classify as a trail buggy but it more for those with wide open spaces.
Looks good, but it is on the heavy side and it's too wide for riding around here in the NorthEast. _________________ Chris Dierkens

That's the problem. We don't own the trails. We just go along for the ride (pun intended). _________________ Chris Dierkens
