Calling all BC, ID, OR and WA buggiers!

It's time to have our own bash and get to know each other. I am suggesting Moses Lake, WA off I-90 as our meeting spot to keep the location centralized. Those family members who like water over sand, will love the open lake for water skiing or the canals for kayaking.

ORV registration and safety flags are required for this park but there are no use fees. Caged buggies do not require helmeted riders over 16 or 18 years of age.

By scheduling this on Memorial or Labor Day, it will be busier but everyone should have extra days off to extend the fun. By scheduling in May or September, we will also avoid excessive heat or cold of the other seasons.

Within five miles of the ORV area are two hotels, one public campground and one RPI private campground. If you want to rough it, overnight dry camping is possible in the ORV park.

Interested parties speak up. We plan to be there both holidays unless someone has a better venue.

Im gona do my best to be "all in for this Bash", & hopefully many more group rides ! Moses Lake has many acres of varying terrain, dunes, trails, etc. & its been too long since Ive had the pleasure of riding there. Is a great area.
Calling out to all fellow Buggy Addictes, What date(s) work for others ? We gotta make a "Bash in NW" a reality !!!

PMed with jeffroandy & he showed interest, but sounds like he works most major holidays, Im very flexible on schedule especially this time of year. Next week, next month, Easter w/end, & any time in between & im definetly in, these buggys are incredibly fun & its always more fun to ride with others !!
My 10 yr old son & I just got back from Junper Forest Dunes (not far from my house) & we had an awesome time, had to get off the dunes & onto trails as sand dried out (very deep, & hard to keep revs up when real dry) making it tough on the 150cc, the Hit clutch is keeping wheels spinning now at least, it needs some heavier rollers in the new teflon Variator & play w/diff clutch spring rates, all of which I have on the shop bench.
pghruby, did u get the 650 out on some dirt yet ? Bet u want to take it to the sand @ Moses Lake ! When ?? Im ready after Sat. 26th (we gone to ski Utah till then)
Sure hope to hear from more people wanting to have NW Bash!!

I'm in let me know when. I have to work in New York all through April. Other than that Im in for at least a day or 2. I went to the bash in Kentucky and planed rides would be a good Idea. Some one that has rode Moses alot to plan a set time to ride and show us around. It will get us together and give us a chance to meet and greet. I'll have the buggy running soon (I hope) I just need to get time to work on it.

My offer to get you running still stands. I even have a meter for you that measures DC...

Starting looking at a place to stay at Moses Lake. We go twice a year and have no trouble being the guides through the trails.
